Our Team

Sherri brings more than 11 years of behavioral health experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential levels of care. Her work is grounded in the belief that lasting change becomes possible when people feel safe enough to be honest, understood enough to stay engaged, and supported enough to practice something new.

Her clinical experience includes trauma, family conflict, eating disorders, substance use, co-occurring concerns, emotional dysregulation, parenting challenges, and transitions from higher levels of treatment. She has extensive experience helping families understand the needs beneath behavior and create practical plans that support both connection and accountability.

Sherri uses trauma-informed and strengths-based care, drawing from approaches such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, and family-systems work. Treatment is individualized to the client and family rather than forcing every person into the same model.

Why Family Bridge

Family Bridge was created from a simple but powerful belief: families should not have to navigate their hardest seasons alone. When conflict has taken over, parents can lose confidence and children can lose hope that they will ever feel understood. Family Bridge helps families slow down, identify the pattern, and begin creating a relationship that can hold both compassion and healthy boundaries.
